Each 55-minute session is fully customizable to your needs, with the last 5 minutes reserved to schedule upcoming sessions and review your plan. We’ll start with a health assessment and questionnaire to clarify your goals and priorities. I offer beginner to advanced Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, and a Pilates/Functional Fitness mix—splitting the hour between Pilates and total body strength using weights, bands, etc. These sessions are creative, flexible, and designed around how you feel that day.
This 90-minute session combines personalized physical training with intentional life coaching to support your full transformation—inside and out. You'll spend the first 60 minutes moving through a tailored workout designed to meet your fitness level and goals. Then, shift gears for 30 minutes of coaching focused on mindset, habits, and behavior change. Whether you're looking to reset your routine, stay accountable, or level up your lifestyle, a Train & Transform session meets you where you are and helps move you forward.
