My Story

Before we dive into all the ways we can work together, I’d love to share a little bit about my own journey, because I think it’s important to know who you’re stepping into trust with your health and wellness.

I’m happy to say that I’ve truly found my passion in life! With a background in Exercise Science, I’ve built a full-time career and have been training professionally in the health and fitness industry for nearly 25 years now.

But if you’re wondering if this was always the plan—definitely not. I’ve always loved being active and playing sports, but I was also a chubby kid growing up, so no, I didn’t exactly see this path coming. Funny how life works though, right? It’s only when we look back that we can see how those seasons shaped us and why they were necessary.

Those early experiences gave me a deep sense of compassion for others. I know what it feels like to struggle with insecurities and setbacks. And because I’ve lived through them myself, I’m passionate about offering real hope to others. Not just by telling you what’s possible, but by showing you that if I can do it, so can you.

A big part of my story includes a couple of major injuries that changed the course of my life. At 19, while playing collegiate volleyball, I herniated a disc at L4-5 and needed immediate surgery or risk permanent nerve damage. I made a full recovery and got back on the court, but two years later, I fractured my sacrum in a sledding accident (and let me tell you—sled vs. spine? The sled wins every time). That recovery was even harder, but it taught me so much.

Those injuries spurred me to deeply understand the body. Not just how to recover, but how to stay strong, move well, and truly live life to the fullest no matter your age or situation. At 43, I still do everything I love, without limits, and I’m even stronger now than I was back then!

That’s what led me to develop what I call a real formula for lifelong health and it WORKS! Not a quick fix, not a trend, just real and consistent practices that work and keep working. It's a lifelong commitment, and there is no magic solution, but when you stay consistent it transforms everything.

I use those same tools and principles in my work today. I help people overcome weakness, tightness, pain, and limitations through targeted, individualized programs. The same kinds that have helped me stay strong through it all.

I started in Ohio, working one-on-one with clients for about 17 years. Now, I live in Utah with my husband, and I’ve spent the last 5 years rebuilding my business and working full-time in Park City with clients at a private club. My clients often become like family or what I call “lifers.” People who want to stay healthy for life are my jam!

My Specialties

My specialties include Pilates, functional fitness, and MAT (Muscle Activation Techniques) and I’ve become an expert in helping people build strength, improve flexibility, and move through pain. The human body is amazing and capable of so much. I’d love to help you discover what’s possible for yours.

And just so you know, there’s no one-size-fits-all approach here. I believe our bodies (just like our lives) are always ebbing and flowing. I listen to what you’re trying to accomplish, but I also adjust daily to what your body, mind and soul actually NEED.

I’m the queen of modifying workouts, adjusting for injuries, making things fun and challenging when they need to be, and gentle when they don’t. I work with all ages and all levels.

I also offer online classes and personalized training. Perfect for those of you who travel a lot or don’t live nearby but still want that consistency.

So whether you’re just getting started, coming back from an injury, or just want to feel better and stronger in your body, I’m here for that!

Let’s do this together.
